The full message reads Failed to provision account. Error=AccountInactive: Your account has already been successfully migrated or migration is in progress, so this connection can no longer be modified. It shows up when a Shopify store was moved from the old OneSaaS connector to the new QuickBooks connector, but the old connection is still the one you're trying to use.
It lists orders missing from the books, posted twice, or posted with a different total or tax, plus the income accounts your sales went to. Files stay in your browser. It's a check, not accounting advice.

If you look after several QuickBooks companies, check that you're connecting the right one. If it still fails, QuickBooks live support can check for sync errors on their side.
Orders from the days the connection was broken may not come back on their own. Compare that period's Shopify orders with what reached QuickBooks before you close the month.
